Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. To qualify, the product must be in brand new, unused condition and in its original packaging.

To begin a return, email customerservice@cococabanalife.com to request a return label. We cover the return shipping cost. A 10% restocking fee will apply.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days.
